Remedy Energy is comprised of a co-operative team of highly motivated consultants and employees dedicated to providing excellent project management and field supervision services. Consultants associated with Remedy are known in the industry for their sound business practices, broad experience base, honesty and integrity. We utilize only personnel who are fully qualified. All Remedy personnel meet or exceed the training and experience requirements outlined in IRP Volume #7 - Standards for Wellsite Supervision of Drilling, Completion and Workovers as published by Enform.

Most of our new personnel come to us by way of referral. Regardless of how a new individual comes to Remedy, all new personnel go through the same basic screening process:

All new applicants past job performances, training received, and previous ethical performance is reviewed in detail. Prior to hiring, all personnel are given a pre-hire orientation that includes a review of our Policies with respect to:

  • Ethics and professionalism
  • Health, Safety and Environment
  • Drugs and Alcohol

The experience of personnel is verified through references and their working background with respect to Well Types, Technologies Used, and Operations supervised. These criteria are then compared to the requirements of the job and personnel are matched to the job based on aptitude, experience and attitude. Additionally, new personnel are briefed on our expectations regarding job performance, ethical conduct and professionalism.

All Remedy Drilling & Completions Supervisors comply with the training and qualifications outlined in IRP #7 and have current tickets for:

  • PITS Second Line Supervisors Well Control or Well Servicing Well Control
  • H2S
  • WHIMIS
  • TDG
  • Safety Management for Wellsite Supervisors
  • Regulatory Awareness
  • First Aid
  • CPR
