Richard Hawker, PL.Eng.

President

Richard joined Remedy in 1997 as a partner with Bob Dyck and is the President of the company. In addition to his general management duties, Richard provides engineering and project management for Remedy clients. He has over 35 years of drilling and completions experience and has had considerable success in the management and supervision of large culturally diverse teams in several countries for companies such as Imperial Oil, ExxonMobil, XTO, Petrozuata, Precision Drilling, Halliburton and ConocoPhillips.

Earl Scott, P.Eng.

Earl became a partner in Remedy in 2019, holds the position of Vice President and provides engineering and project management to Remedy client projects. Earl has over thirty years of industry experience in drilling, completions and production operations in the deep basin of Alberta, NE BC and SE Saskatchewan. He also has international and offshore experience and has worked for companies such as Imperial Oil, ExxonMobil, Schlumberger, AEC International (Encana) and BG (Shell).
